Recommendations for printing stickers in bulk?

I'd like to find an online vendor that can produce high quality stickers in bulk, but don't quite know of any particular company that does a good job and has good bulk printing prices. I'm thinking more of bumper sticker quality, being somewhat weather and UV resistant, but I'm not stuck on that.

Obviously ease of use would be good, since I'm not a professional graphic designer. Any suggestions of places to look would be great!

Just a prospective art project, so whatever the product will be, I'll want to have about 1000 of it in sticker form. Ideally stickable indoors and outdoors, so that's why I'm thinking of at bumper sticker quality.

There's way too many vendors available through Google. Anybody with positive experiences with a particular vendor, please share!
